Overview

Razorfish is a marketing agency that delivers best-in-class media services. And our cross-functional Data Science & Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling marketing automation, shaping more intelligent strategies, and driving continuous improvement.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support media analytics and measurement for a large Razorfish media client. This role is responsible for transforming data into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign optimization and support future planning.

The Senior Analyst partners with media, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate, insights are relevant, and outputs are polished and decision-ready-with a focus on enabling faster, smarter media decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze cross-channel media performance and deliver insights to support campaign optimization and planning
  • Applies core media principles to distinguish between symptoms and drivers of performance, connecting media investment, audience strategy, creative effectiveness, and channel mix to business outcomes
  • Support development and execution of measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and testing strategies
  • Partner with media teams to identify in-flight optimization opportunities
  • Deep dive into media & web analytics platforms to diagnose performance as needed
  • Develop dashboards and reports that are intuitive and decision-focused
  • Support reporting automation and data architecture
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across outputs
  • Contribute to presentations with insight-driven storytelling

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $96,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
