Job Description:

MRM Health is looking for a Senior Analyst, Omnichannel Data & Analytics to join our Marketing Science team (data transformation, data strategy, performance and analytics) within a healthcare-focused marketing agency, so familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing is highly valuable.

This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, audience science, marketing technology, and strategy, supporting clients in building and activating more connected, data-driven omnichannel experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and BI capabilities with a solid understanding of how data moves across a modern marketing ecosystem - from ingestion and identity resolution within a CDP to audience creation, activation across media and CRM channels, and performance measurement.

This is not a purely technical or reporting-focused role. We are looking for someone who can connect data, technology, activation, and business objectives, translating complex datasets and platforms into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for our clients.

The successful candidate should understand - or be able to quickly develop an understanding of - the specific challenges associated with healthcare data and omnichannel marketing, including:

  • HCP and consumer/patient audiences

  • Healthcare-specific identifiers and data sources

  • Privacy, consent, and regulatory considerations

  • HCP engagement and prescribing journeys

  • Paid and non-personal promotion channels

  • First-party and third-party healthcare data

  • Measurement challenges within regulated environments

This role will work within an evolving modern marketing and data ecosystem that includes:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud - CDP, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and audience activation

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud - CRM, marketing automation, personalization

  • Google Analytics 4 - digital behavioral analytics and measurement

  • Databricks - advanced analytics, data intelligence, and AI

  • The Trade Desk and other media platforms - audience activation and media measurement

  • BI and data visualization tools - Looker, Tableau, PowerBI

  • SQL and analytical/modeling/data manipulation environments including Python

Key Responsibilities

Omnichannel Analytics & Insights

  • Conduct advanced analyses across digital, CRM, media, and customer/HCP data to identify behavioral patterns, audience opportunities, journey insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Move beyond reporting to identify why performance is changing, what opportunities exist, and what actions should be taken next.

CDP, Data & Audience Science

  • Work hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization to explore customer/HCP profiles, attributes, behaviors, segments, and audiences.

  • Prepare and transform data from CDP to analytics and AI-enabled platforms including Databricks

  • Support the identification, definition, sizing, and validation of audiences for activation across CRM, marketing automation, and paid media.

Media & Activation Analytics

  • Support CDP-to-media use cases, including audience activation with DSPs and media partners such as The Trade Desk, Meta or Google.

  • Analyze audience activation performance, match rates, reach, engagement, conversion, and other relevant media outcomes and evaluate opportunities to use first-party data and CDP audiences to improve targeting, suppression, personalization, and media efficiency.

BI & Advanced Analytics

  • Perform exploratory and advanced analytics using multiple structured and behavioral data sources. Work with Databricks and AI-enabled analytics capabilities to support deeper audience intelligence, predictive analysis, behavioral modeling, and emerging AI-driven marketing use cases.

  • Identify opportunities to evolve from descriptive analytics toward predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, digital analytics, BI, marketing technology, or related fields.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets

  • Experience with CDPs, customer data platforms, or audience management environments

  • Strong understanding of data ingestion, data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation concepts

  • Experience in building ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

  • Experience analyzing digital marketing, CRM, customer, or media data

  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools

  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics

  • Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven marketing analytics

  • Ability to understand technical data flows and communicate effectively with fellow data practitioners and technology teams

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to operate in a consulting or agency environment across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization

  • Experience with Databricks or comparable cloud data and analytics platforms

  • Experience with media activation platforms

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing and platforms like IQVIA

  • Understanding of HCP and patient/consumer data ecosystems

  • Experience with audience analytics, customer segmentation, identity resolution, and omnichannel measurement

  • Experience translating marketing use cases into data, technology, and measurement requirements.
