The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Creative Cloud Customer Success Manager to join our Digital Media team. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to drive adoption and value realization across Adobe's Creative Cloud portfolio, build trusted advisor relationships with key customer collaborators, and deliver presentations that generate excitement and interest from power users to the C-suite.
What You'll Do- Own the customer relationship end-to-end, with accountability for activation, adoption, engagement, expansion, and health scores
- Guide customers through implementation and onboarding, ensuring they hit their goals and get maximum value from the product
- Position Adobe's full Creative Cloud portfolio - core creative applications, Firefly, Frame.io, and Adobe Express - in ways that connect directly to customer goals and business outcomes
- Maintain deep product expertise and serve as a trusted advisor, including through executive presentations and point-of-view documents
- Partner with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, Solutions Consultants, and Product Marketing to drive successful launches, identify growth opportunities, and expand accounts
- Identify accounts with deployment risk and collaborate across the sales team to build and implement remediation plans
- Capture customer feedback, identify trends, and surface actionable insights to product and marketing teams
What You Need to Succeed- 5+ years in customer success, sales, or solutions consulting, ideally in creative or technology industries
- Track record of hitting customer success metrics or sales quota, and navigating complex customer challenges to resolution
- A creative mentality, whether thats through creative expression or a sense of curiosity and desire to improve products, processes, or experiences
- Familiarity with creative software - Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or similar - is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Communicative: strong presentation skills, effective from end users to the C-suite
- Influential: proven ability to build relationships, navigate organizations, and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,200 - $234,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,150In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $149,400 - $216,300In Washington, the pay range for this position is $158,900 - $230,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
