The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant within our Banking Technology practice, we are seeking a highly motivated Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications, with a particular focus on data processing, analytics, and automation solutions.

This role will support data-driven initiatives through the development of efficient data pipelines, business solutions, and reporting capabilities while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Python applications and data solutions.
  • Build and optimize data processing workflows using Python and Pandas.
  • Develop ETL/ELT processes to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues.

  • Develop technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
  • Toronto: $90,500 to $136,000
