Introduction:

As a Senior Client Development Manager, Strategic Accounts within quantilope's global Client Development team, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving collaborative partnerships, retention and revenue growth across our portfolio of enterprise accounts.

You will be empowered to own the end-to-end strategic direction, retention, and expansion of these pivotal accounts, working in close collaboration with the Customer Success team to ensure maximum client value realization and deep organizational adoption. While achieving revenue targets is essential, success in this role is defined by more than just numbers. This position is central to executing our growth strategy by transforming client accounts into enduring partnerships, maximizing utilization of our diverse product offerings to secure quantilope's market leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • You will own a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, acting as the client development leader to ensure consistent value delivery, drive deep organizational adoption, and achieve sustained revenue retention and growth.
  • You will strategically drive the expansion of quantilope's footprint within your accounts by increasing adoption of the full product portfolio and maximizing organizational integration to ensure sustained long-term growth.
  • You will navigate renewal and commercial relationship conversations, and collaborate internally and externally on contract structuring, pricing, and long-term commercial negotiation strategies.
  • You will be the go-to internal champion for your accounts, ensuring smooth sailing by bringing together our Support, Product, and Insights teams so that every client interaction is high-quality and consistent.
  • You will develop and execute multi-year partnership plans that align quantilope's capabilities with the client's business objectives, utilizing KPI analysis to manage client health and secure mutual strategic alignment.
  • You will drive thought leadership by being able to present to multiple levels of stakeholders with comprehensive overviews of quantilope's strategic value, capabilities, industry trends and future roadmap.
  • You will identify and cultivate quantilope advocates and champions within client organizations to unlock new areas for collaboration and expansion, as well as partner internally on cross-selling opportunities.


Who you are:

  • 6+ Years of Strategic Account Management (SAM) or Enterprise Sales experience in Consumer Insights, ResTech, or specialized data-intensive B2B SaaS. (preferably experience working with client organizations with $5B+ annual revenue)
  • Proven success managing and growing Enterprise Accounts with a track record of navigating large-scale commercial and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrate a proactive sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and sound intuition in problem-solving and delivering client value.
  • Capable of clearly and compellingly articulating the business value proposition to various stakeholders, including technical users and C-level audiences.
  • Ability to identify and manage new key stakeholders, uncover opportunities, and formulate strategies for relationship and revenue expansion.
  • Comfortable owning the direction of a portfolio, eager to continuously expand skills and knowledge in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and consistently delivering on commitments.
