Senior Change Management ConsultantPhiladelphia, PA
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale Workday Skills and Talent Optimization implementation within a complex healthcare, research, and academic environment.
The organization is preparing for a phased pilot beginning in January 2027, followed by a full enterprise rollout in January 2028. This position will support the change management workstream during a critical period of preparation for the pilot and will contribute to the broader enterprise transformation.
The successful candidate will bring strong change management experience and the ability to work effectively across a complex organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans in support of the Workday Skills and Talent Optimization implementation.
- Assess organizational and stakeholder impacts and develop appropriate change interventions.
- Partner with project leadership, HR, communications, learning, and business stakeholders to support organizational readiness and adoption.
- Support preparation and readiness activities for the January 2027 pilot.
- Develop and support a network of change champions across the organization.
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement, communications, and change readiness activities.
- Identify potential sources of resistance and develop strategies to address adoption and readiness risks.
- Support change communications and training activities in partnership with relevant teams.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback, readiness, and adoption and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with Prosci-certified change management leaders and other members of the transformation team.
- Contribute to the development of change management practices and approaches that will support the full enterprise rollout.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of change management experience.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or ADKAR certification upon hire.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting or overseeing enterprise-level projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in healthcare, research, academic, or similarly complex environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology, HR, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Workday, skills-based talent management, or talent optimization.
- Experience developing or supporting change champion networks.
