Position Description: Join a high-visibility Wealth Management program working with a leading financial institution. You will partner directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives, including automation and intelligent solutions (RPA, ML, AI).
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Chicago, IL (2 days onsite per week), exposure to complex Banking and Wealth Management domains, and the opportunity to influence the design of next-generation client-facing capabilities alongside a collaborative CGI delivery team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for Wealth Management initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery leads, developers, and QA throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support requirements gathering for automation and intelligent solution initiatives (RPA, ML, AI), where applicable.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and decisions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• 8-10 years of professional Business Analyst experience
• Deep domain experience in Banking and Wealth Management
• Must have experience with Appian
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Local to the Chicago area; able to work onsite two (2) days per week
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience gathering requirements for RPA, ML or AI solutions
Other Information:

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800 - $136,200.
