About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to join our on-site IT Applications team in Edmonton. This role will lead business analysis practices across enterprise systems and process improvement initiatives. You will document current-state processes, define future-state workflows, produce clear requirements for delivery teams, and lead RFP\/RFQ activities for new systems (e.g., HCM, ERP).What You'll Do
Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules).
Document current-state (as-is) processes and define future-state (to-be) workflows, including exceptions and handoffs.
Facilitate workshops to drive decisions on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
Support delivery through UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
Write and manage RFP\/RFQ packages, vendor evaluations, demo agendas, scoring, and recommendations for enterprise system selections.
Establish and improve BA standards, templates, and requirement quality across IT Applications. What We're Looking For
