Job Summary

The Senior AWS Python Backend Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting backend services for the Galileo 42 application. The role primarily focuses on AWS service development, Python, and NoSQL database technologies, with an emphasis on building and maintaining scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support backend services for the Galileo 42 application.
• Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based backend services using Python.
• Work with NoSQL databases, preferably Amazon DynamoDB.
• Develop and support AWS Lambda-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with the development team on application enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Apply appropriate backend development practices to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Required Qualifications
• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development.
• Strong experience with AWS services and backend application development.
• Strong experience with NoSQL databases, preferably Amazon DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.
• Experience developing and supporting backend services and applications.
• Experience with Angular.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Amazon ECS.
• Experience developing APIs, preferably GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Amazon S3.
• Experience with AWS Glue.
