About the role

RevHealth is seeking a Senior Associate, Growth to help support one of the fastest growing mid-sized healthcare marketing agencies in the country. Specifically, you will act as the primary coordinator of growth-related pursuits including agency credentials and capabilities, RFI responses, RFP responses, and new business pitches. Additionally, you will track and report new business activity, participate in new business update meetings, organize and maintain new business documents and materials. Working alongside senior Growth leaders and partners across the agency, you will bring structure, responsiveness, and sound judgment to multiple fast-moving initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and manage pitch logistics from kickoff through submission, keeping timelines, contributors, and deliverables organized.
  • Manage and organize presentations, materials, and collateral for new business opportunities.
  • Draft and compile responses to standard requests for information and requests for proposal questions.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients, therapeutic categories, and competitive landscapes to inform new business efforts.
  • Monitor relevant industry and prospect news and distribute timely updates to Growth stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible new business documentation and shared folders.
  • Provide project support to senior Growth team members across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Track financial information, including job numbers, invoicing, and spend, in coordination with the appropriate partners.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects that support broader Growth priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and common AI tools. Hubspot and Smartsheet experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence interacting with senior leaders in a polished, professional manner.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
