Group Account SupervisorThe Group Account Supervisor will be a driving force behind day-to-day activities on a client brand. The Group Account Supervisor is the central hub of the team, leading the development of client projects and supporting the strategy and plans for the brands. The role will build and maintain effective client relationships and mentor/support talent development across the team.
What You'll Do:- Understand account dynamics and can mobilize resources to most effectively meet client requirements.
- Liaise between the agency and client to establish goals and budget, and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Fiscal responsibility for client budget and expense reporting.
- Work with senior account leads to develop strategic marketing goals based on brand strategy and direction, as well as analyze critical marketplace data.
- Continually build knowledge of disease space, competitive landscape, and industry trends and share learnings with internal and client brand teams.
- Monitor and proactively identify upcoming challenges that may impact the client.
- Collaborate closely with the cross-functional agency team, taking a leadership role to inspire and guide the team in generating innovative ideas.
- Successfully coach and mentor junior account team members and inspire others to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:- 7+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a wide variety of projects and team members
- Self-reliant, capable of operating independently
- Experience managing client relationships
- Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal
- Extensive experience in Veeva (or other client MLR) and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms
- Exceptional ability to demonstrate strong financial management skills while adhering to budget constraints

The pay range for this role is:
130,000 - 145,000 USD per year (United States)
