Senior Android Engineer - New York - On-Site - Opportunity to join one of the Fastest-Growing and Well-Known Fin-Tech Start-Ups in NYC

This young and agile company, building a cutting-edge commerce network is currently seeking a talented Senior Android Engineer to play an important role in designing and building the mobile experiences that millions of users rely on every day.

About the Senior Android Engineer Vacancy:

You will work on Android apps and SDKs that power their payment applications across a variety of devices and form factors, from consumer mobile phones to specialized POS terminals.

In this position, you will:
• Create, develop, and manage SDKs and Android apps that service millions
• Create Android payment apps that work flawlessly on a range of devices and form factors
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other company stakeholders to introduce new features and products to consumers
• Establish best practices for Android development throughout the organization by working with Android developers who work on the POS Terminal
• Create manageable, tested code that follows architectural principles and best practices

• Knowledge of cryptographic security principles such as DUKPT, AES, RSA, and HMAC
