What You'll Do- Develop and maintain native Android applications using modern development practices.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Help define technical direction and improve development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
- Strong expertise in Kotlin.
- Experience building and shipping Android applications at scale.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and modern Android architecture patterns.
- Experience with REST APIs and mobile networking.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean architecture.
- Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Nice to Have- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Experience building consumer-facing mobile products.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Exposure to mobile security best practices.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- Experience mentoring other engineers.
