OverviewThe Senior Analyst / Manager will play a central role in building and scaling DDN's corporate finance function as the company prepares for its next stage of growth. You will help own the corporate finance cycle, driving the cadence, process, and cross-functional coordination that keeps the business running. This is a highly visible position that directly informs CFO, ELT, and board-level decisions as DDN scales and matures to a public-markets-ready organization. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with operational rigor and the ability to tell a clear, compelling financial story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end corporate financial planning cycle by setting standards for accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.
- Own recurring financial deliverables, including monthly close reporting, cash flow and liquidity reporting, and internal financial packages in partnership with the broader finance, accounting, and data & analytics teams.
- Build and maintain integrated financial models for annual and long-range planning, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc requests.
- Prepare high-quality memos, presentations, and analyses for business reviews, ELT, and Board reporting. Conduct in-depth analysis and deliver actionable recommendations on key drivers and emerging trends across DDN’s evolving business.
- Lead cross-functional planning: consolidate and align functional plans with corporate targets, serve as a primary owner of key processes, and ensure integrity and standardization across inputs.
- Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure seamless close and financial reporting. Identify and drive process improvements across finance operations.
- Support strategic initiatives, including long-range planning, investor relations, fundraising preparation, and corporate development projects as needed.
- Champion automation and scalability: build processes with efficiency in mind and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of planning and reporting tools as DDN scales its finance infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CPA a plus.
