Get to Know the Opportunity

To provide in-office administrative support to designated investment team members and backup support for other investment teams to enhance their effectiveness by performing a wide range of administrative support, ad hoc projects, initiatives, and coordination with the business management team.

The Contributions You Will Make

  • Provide primary support to designated investment team members.
  • Work closely with the administrative team to alleviate workload and provide backup during a temporary vacancy of an admin team member.
  • Calendar management
  • Coordinate and manage virtual and on-site meetings/events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements.
  • Communicate the adherence of office protocols and firm policies.
  • Communicate and follow up on requests and deadlines.
  • Manage subscriptions, publications, and professional memberships for team.
  • Prepare and edit materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Print, copy, scan, and file materials.
  • Maintain and order office supplies and Voya branded items.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with firm policies and procedures while performing the role outlined above.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience preferred.
  • Advanced level MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity of Concur, Adobe, Copilot and DocuSign preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team and adapt to various needs of investment team members.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
  • Must demonstrate self-confidence and the ability to interact with senior level management throughout the firm.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality, multi-task, and have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours for time sensitive matters as needed.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$85,000 to $95,000 USD
