The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to Senior Director leadership within the Global Enterprise Marketing team. Your role will complement and support the leaders for our team's overarching goals and objectives.
What you'll Do- Maintain calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Coordinate special projects and events: Offsite events, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings
- Plan and support quarterly All Hands and team onsites
- Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the Senior Directors
- Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
- Assist direct staff and others in the department as needed
What you'll need to succeed- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction
- Clear and concise executive level communication
- Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations
- Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
- Can juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines
- Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring)
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,800 -- $157,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $108,900 - $157,650
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
