Full Job Description
This position will report directly to the Revenue Accounting Manager & International Accounting Manager and is a critical member of the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer's department.

This Senior Accountant role is designed for an experienced accounting professional who will support revenue accounting, month-end close, and international audit activities across a growing global organization. The position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to partner effectively with finance, business operations, and external auditors in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Lead and support revenue accounting activities, including contract review, revenue recognition analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close entries in accordance with US GAAP and company policy.
  • Review client engagements, billing arrangements, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate recording of revenue and related balances.
  • Prepare and analyze account reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, intercompany balances, and other related accounts.
  • Support quarterly and annual financial statement audits by preparing schedules, responding to auditor requests, and coordinating documentation for revenue-related and international accounting matters.
  • Assist with international audit coordination across multiple jurisdictions, including gathering local support, tracking audit deliverables, and helping ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.
  • Partner with international finance teams and external service providers to support entity-level reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Identify, document, and improve internal controls and accounting processes related to revenue recognition, close activities, and international reporting.
  • Research technical accounting issues and help apply accounting guidance to complex or nonstandard transactions.
  • Prepare journal entries, flux analyses, and management reporting to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, billing, tax, FP&A, and business leaders to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting quality.
  • Support special projects, systems enhancements, and process improvement initiatives within the controllership and global accounting organization.
  • Provide guidance and review support to junior team members as needed.
  • Maintain financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile foreign stand-alone financials under local accounting standards to US GAAP (compared to US books).


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with strong exposure to revenue accounting, audit support, and general ledger close.
  • Experience working in professional services, consulting, or other multi-entity global organization preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition principles and financial reporting controls.
  • Experience supporting external audits and preparing audit-ready schedules and documentation.
  • Exposure to international accounting operations, statutory audits, & multicurrency preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

  • Other spoken languages are a plus
  • Experience with Workday is a plus


Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000 per year

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
