The Managing or Senior Managing Consultant will support and oversee engagement workstreams across a range of financial, operational, and regulatory matters. The role requires strong analytical capability, structured problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and the ability to contribute to a fast-paced advisory environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process reviews and current-state assessments across financial and operational functions.
  • Develop structured roadmaps to enhance operations, compliance, controls, and risk management.
  • Support clients with technology enablement, workflow optimization, and dashboard/reporting development.
  • Perform financial and accounting reviews, including data validation, reconciliation, and quality control.
  • Design and execute statistical and financial analyses, including modeling of financial data and markets.
  • Prepare, refine, and present client-ready deliverables to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and consistency across workstreams.
  • Conduct industry research and contribute to business development and practice growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality work.


AI, LLM, and Emerging Technology Capabilities

The practice is expanding its advisory offerings to incorporate AI-enabled solutions. Candidates with experience in the following areas will be strongly considered:
  • Hands-on experience with AI models such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or comparable tools.
  • Experience working with proprietary large language models (LLMs) or contributing to the development of custom models.
  • Has built industry solutions that have been leveraged throughout firm or sold to clients.
  • Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear, accessible explanations for non-technical audiences.
  • Interest in identifying opportunities to integrate AI into financial operations, risk processes, or client deliverables.

Additional Qualifications

Managing Consultant Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000
