Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience in property management or real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus
• Knowledge in construction accounting is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings

Responsibilities

• Process general ledger entries and perform financial analysis
• Manage payroll by reviewing and analyzing timesheets pre-payroll
• Process rent checks using Yardi CHECKscan
• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budget preparation
• Handle intercompany billing and reimbursements
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management
• Support special projects for the Controller and Director of Property Management
