Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity technology related to networking and/or firewalls.
- Exposure to Palo Alto Networks and/or Zscaler technologies (e.g., NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, Zscaler Internet Access/Private Access).
- Experience supporting general network security projects, including implementation, migration, or operational support.
- Foundational understanding of core networking concepts: TCP/IP, routing and switching, VPN, and firewall policy administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical work clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based consulting environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required by project engagements.
Preferred Qualifications- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, or CompTIA Network+.
- Familiarity with cloud security and SASE concepts (CASB, ZTNA, zero trust architecture).
- Scripting, automation experience (Python, Ansible, or similar), and experience working with AI LLMs (Claude, CoPilot, or similar).
- Prior consulting, professional services, or customer-facing technical support experience.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $ $72,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Role SummaryWorld Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Security Solutions Analyst to join our Product Aligned Services practice, supporting the deployment, configuration, and integration of Palo Alto Networks technologies - including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Prisma Access, and SD-WAN - for enterprise customers. This is an entry-to-early-career role for a motivated individual with foundational cybersecurity and networking experience who is ready to grow into a customer-facing security consulting career. The Security Solutions Analyst will work alongside consultants, senior consultants and principal consultants on design, implementation, and support engagements, gaining hands-on exposure to Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Netskope and F5 technologies across a variety of customer environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the deployment and integration of Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Prisma Access, and SD-WAN solutions as part of customer engagements.
- Assist senior consultants and consultants with solution configuration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in customer discovery, design workshops, and implementation activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Document technical designs, configuration standards, runbooks, and as-built documentation.
- Assist with migration and integration projects involving Zscaler and other network security or SASE technologies.
- Stay current on Palo Alto Networks and Zscaler product updates, industry threats, and network security best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer engineering, delivery, and account teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
