We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile organization. This role requires a strong servant-leader mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience leading software development and product teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as Scrum Master for 2-3 Agile teams.
- Coach teams and the organization on Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices.
- Conduct team and train-level Agile assessments.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and improve team performance.
- Create and maintain Agile metrics to measure team progress and effectiveness.
- Support PI Planning activities, including capacity planning and WSJF prioritization.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and Agile coach sync meetings.
- Assist teams in managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and adapting to organizational changes.
- Develop and enhance Agile training materials and internal coaching programs.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading projects and/or teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and servant leadership principles.
- Experience with Kanban and Agile delivery practices.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:- Scrum Practitioner (SP)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Preferred Technical Experience:- ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing
- Pair Programming and Automated Testing
- User Story and Epic creation
- Dependency management and Agile planning
- Working with large-scale and complex Agile projects
