Position Summary: The Scrum Master is responsible for applying Agile with our development teams, and business stakeholders to produce high-quality work.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Aide in removing blockers occurring within the project, that can slow on-time delivery.
- Provide support to teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
- Be the point of contact for external communications.
- Responsible for guiding and coaching teams on Agile methodologies and processes, during transition and into maturity
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate priority calls with Stakeholders, and Product Team
- Work closely with Product and Project Team, for on-time delivery of on-going projects
- Support and educate the Product Owner/Product Manager, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Triage Bug and Enhancement boards, leading discussions with Product Managers, and Development teams on implementations
- Actively participate and plan the release, with product managers and release manager
- Contributes to the development and improvement of Agile Framework processes, policies, tools, and methodology.
- Manages resource capacity, scheduling, and dependencies of Scrum Team
- Drives standardization and proactively recommends improvements.
- Other duties may be assigned, and responsibilities and activities may change
Qualifications and Competencies:Experience- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.
- Scrum Master certification required
Skills required:- Experience with SAFe
- Strong technical acumen in areas such as SalesForce, Azure cloud, and database
- JIRA, Azure DevOps, Monday.com experience preferred
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-soling and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills

Travel - 10% travel required
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Dallas, TX.Work Schedule- This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed.
