Position Description: The Scrum Master for the Business Process and Migration squad provides delivery facilitation across two tightly connected practices.
This role supports planning, coordination, dependency management, and continuous improvement in an environment where migration and workflow delivery must progress in lockstep.
This role is part of an AI first software engineering organization where Artificial Intelligence is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience leveraging AI to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes using modern AI assisted development practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities: .Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery governance for the assigned squad.
.Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and help the team sustain delivery momentum.
.Track sprint progress, release readiness, and delivery risks with clear visibility to stakeholders.
.Work with Product Owners, architects, engineers, and testers to keep work aligned and prioritized.
.Promote disciplined Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across the squad.
.Support reporting, metrics, and planning for the team's delivery commitments.
.Apply AI assisted delivery practices and BMAD facilitation where they improve efficiency and clarity.
.Support team health, communication, and predictable execution in a multi team environment.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: .5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, delivery facilitation, or Agile coaching roles.
.Strong experience supporting enterprise software delivery teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
.Hands on experience facilitating ceremonies, resolving blockers, and maintaining delivery discipline.
.Experience with stakeholder communication, dependency management, and release coordination.
.Understanding of AI enabled delivery practices and BMAD is an asset.
.Strong organizational, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
.Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable Agile lifecycle tools.
.Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
.Experience in telecom or regulated environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
.CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
.Experience with PI planning, release planning, or scaled Agile models.
.Experience supporting offshore/onshore distributed teams.
.Experience with AI enabled team facilitation or delivery analytics.
.Experience within telecom or mission critical delivery environments.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000-$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
