Job Description:Associate to have a Scrum master experience for a minimum of 8 years
Responsibilities: - Demonstrated experience in project planning tracking execution and closure activities
- Facilitate and provide support to the team in Agile ceremonies like the sprint planning meeting the daily standup meeting the sprint review meeting and the sprint retrospective meeting
- We are seeking a Scrum Master who actively utilizes Generative AI tools and promotes the use of all available resources to ensure effective and efficient project execution and deliverables
- Address and resolve team impediments
- Stakeholder management Collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders with teams spanning multiple geographies
- Proficient in Risk issue and dependency management
- Proficient in Project financial and budget management with proven track records of delivering projects within budgeted parameters
- Working experience with at least 10 team members in corresponding Agile team
- Able to support the team in preparing user stories from epics
- Make sure team is following Scrum framework values and Agile practices
- Mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes
- Help the team in decision making scenarios as well as provide regular constructive feedback to the team
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 72,000 to 90,909
