The Opportunity
Adobe's Unified Platform operates at a large scale - supporting hundreds of active programs, thousands of connected work items, and global teams across product, program management, user experience, and engineering.
When Adobe acquires a new company, there is a need for centralized program leadership to oversee and manage the entire integration process, from pre-close planning through post-close integration, ensuring the acquired business is successfully integrated into the platform. This high-leverage role was developed to meet that need. It builds on the core expectations of a Lead Program Manager - strong execution, cross-functional leadership, and delivery accountability - while extending them across the platform.
What You'll Do
• Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external) to deliver on M&A integration activities, ensuring accountability, clarity, and the removal of roadblocks to achieve successful outcomes
• Work hand in hand with business, platform, and functional leaders to ensure alignment across the operating model and integration approach
• Drive technology rationalization and integration decisions across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, identity management, and data environments - partnering with product and architect leaders
• Refine and maintain a repeatable platform process framework and toolset (e.g., playbooks, process flows, and work plans) employing industry best practices
• Develop executive communications, steering committee updates, and integration governance reporting
• Act as a trusted partner to platform and executive leadership by framing delivery trade-offs, systemic risks, and opportunities using data-backed insights
What you need to succeed
• 6-8 years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or a closely related role, with direct exposure to large-scale, multi-team delivery
• Prior experience driving M&A integration in a platform/IT organization is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations
• Strong background in information technology, with familiarity in identity and access management systems, payment management, and offer onboarding
• Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence, enabling clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with delivery tooling such as JIRA and GitHub, and comfort working with data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-assisted analysis
