Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC administration or architecture.
• Strong capabilities in Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure and hybrid identity environments.
• Excellent architecture, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise IAM architecture and roadmap.
• Architect and administer Saviynt EIC functionalities including Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Requests.
• Design RBAC models and governance solutions, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Build and optimize Saviynt connectors using REST APIs and various integration methods.
• Integrate Saviynt with HR systems and enterprise applications.
• Implement authentication and provisioning technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Support Zero Trust initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
