Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, purpose-driven, and highly organized SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified Consultant to provide high-level support across multiple ongoing Employee Central projects. This role is ideal for a high-performing consultant who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client outcomes.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients, and responsibilities will vary based on project needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects through requirements gathering, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end-user training, application configuration, and testing.
- Provide consulting services to global organizations on HCM best practices and support clients in migrating to SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud solutions.
- Conduct client design workshops to define business requirements and solution architecture.
- Design, configure, and deliver high-quality SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful integration between SuccessFactors modules and related systems.
- Document system configurations, business processes, and implementation decisions clearly and accurately.
- Transfer knowledge effectively to clients to support ongoing system maintenance and administration.
- Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices while maintaining relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification plus at least one additional certification in one or more of the following modules:
- Onboarding
- Employee Central Time
- Employee Central Benefits
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience serving as the lead consultant on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors data models, templates, and XML.
- Experience with Metadata Framework (MDF), Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and Workflows preferred.
- Experience configuring translations and language packs for templates and MDF preferred.
- Strong understanding of how enterprise applications support business processes and the ability to apply that knowledge to solve client challenges.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more Talent modules in addition to Employee Central, Onboarding, or Employee Central Time.
- Experience with Employee Central Benefits or other benefits platforms such as SAP ECC HCM or Benefitfocus.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Canvas Reporting and People Stories.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors AI capabilities, including Joule.
- Exceptional attention to detail when gathering requirements, documenting solutions, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with clients.
- Passion for mentoring team members and sharing technical and functional knowledge.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and consulting skills.
