Job Summary

We are seeking a senior-level SAP Security Analyst to provide hands-on functional and administrative ownership across SAP Security, SAP GRC, and RevTrac-related transport controls. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining secure, scalable access models, administering governance, risk, and compliance processes, and supporting audit readiness through strong documentation and control practices.

The ideal candidate has deep SAP Security and GRC expertise, can work independently, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain secure and compliant processes across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP security roles and authorization concepts.
  2. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align access models with operational requirements and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
  3. Support user access provisioning, role changes, and remediation activities in accordance with enterprise controls.
  4. Serve as the primary resource for SAP GRC design, configuration support, and ongoing administration.
  5. Maintain and enhance GRC processes supporting access governance, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements.
  6. Identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and support sustainable governance practices.
  7. Develop, maintain, and organize documentation for internal and external audits.
  8. Ensure SAP security, GRC, and transport control evidence is accurate, complete, and readily available.
  9. Support audit requests, walkthroughs, and remediation activities.
  10. Support cross-functional compliance, audit, and change management initiatives.
  11. Support and improve RevTrac transport and change control processes.


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Senior analyst-level experience supporting SAP Security.
  3. Demonstrated experience with SAP GRC design and administration.
  4. Strong knowledge of SAP role design, authorization concepts, access controls, and governance principles.
  5. Experience preparing documentation and supporting evidence for internal and external audits.
  6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a structured enterprise environment.
  8. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  9. Proven ability to support cross-functional compliance, audit, and change management initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Hands-on experience with RevTrac and transport/change control processes.
  2. Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
  3. Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and access risk management practices.
  4. Experience improving or standardizing SAP security and transport control processes.
  5. Familiarity with regulated or highly controlled business environments.
