The workThe SAP Integration/Conversion Lead (Product MDM) is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. Responsibilities include conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design, interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations, and conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations. Additional responsibilities include experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning; managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members; leading efforts to design an appropriate data migration solution and create a data migration strategy; writing, reviewing, and approving technical specification documents; developing and executing cutover plans for conversion execution; and planning and executing mock conversions.

Here's what you need:- 7+ years SAP development experience, including S/4 Greenfield
- 2+ years SAP S/4HANA data conversion experience
- Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance skills and capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams
- Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with DevSecOps automated tools
