Position Description:

Your role
As part of CGI's SAP practice, you will support clients in implementing and adopting financial accounting and management accounting processes. You will work with finance teams and other functional specialists to deliver an integrated solution, promote standard processes and support reliable financial information.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities
Facilitate Fit to Standard workshops, understand finance requirements and document design decisions, gaps and organizational impacts.
Configure the agreed finance scope, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting and financial close, together with the selected management accounting and cost allocation processes.
Ensure consistent integration with procurement, sales and operations support financial data preparation and balance reconciliation.
Prepare and execute functional and integration tests, support user acceptance testing, train key users and contribute to go live and stabilization.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Your qualifications
You bring hands on expertise in SAP FI, complemented by practical experience in CO. You have participated in at least one SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation, preferably two, with direct involvement in configuration and deployment activities.
You can independently facilitate workshops, explain the accounting implications of functional decisions and recommend solutions that encourage standard adoption. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with finance and technical stakeholders are essential.
Assets
Relevant SAP certification in Financial Accounting or Management Accounting experience in multi entity or manufacturing environments knowledge of product costing and profitability analysis.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$110,000. This role is an existing vacancy / a future opportunity.
