SailPoint is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce solutions. This role is critical to ensuring our CRM architecture aligns with enterprise standards and business goals. 30 Days: Onboard & Align (Discovery)
  • Master Our Tech Stack: Dive deep into our Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, CPQ) and integrations to understand how Salesforce supports SailPoint's operations.
  • Understand Priorities: Align with Product Owners and key stakeholders to map out strategic project roadmaps and backlog priorities.
  • Adopt DevOps Processes: Familiarize yourself with our CI/CD pipelines, release management protocols, and environment strategies.
  • Build Key Relationships: Connect with developers, admins, and business analysts to establish strong, collaborative working patterns.


60 Days: Engage & Execute (Solutioning & Quality)
  • Drive Solution Design: Partner with business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
  • Ensure Code Excellence: Actively review code (Apex, LWC), advocate for Salesforce best practices, and mentor developers on architectural guardrails.

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$128,300 - $216,294.00
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
