In this position

As a Strategic Business Director for Hailo in the US, you will be the key sales figure leading Hailo's engagements with targeted customers. You will be the direct point of contact for our customers, reporting to NA GM, managing the overall engagement of your customers and driving Hailo's technology to mass deployment in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop net new engagements and establish Hailo as a partner in strategic customers across Hailo's key verticals in the edge AI market
  • Drive DWs and Revenue achievement, with focus on tier 1 and strategic engagements
  • Work with channel, partners, ISVs, integrators as necessary to engage, develop and support Hailo's customer base
  • Continuously assess the customers & territory market, and solutions needed.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer questions and issues to maximize satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with applications engineering (field & HQ) to promote Hailo's technology and deliver best-in-class technical support and guidance.
  • Direct the design wins at key accounts from opportunity inception through mass production


Requirements

  • Locations: Chicago Area
  • Experienced in direct sales involving semiconductors, AI and/or related end applications
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 & enterprise customers, included executive level engagements
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to persuasively communicate value to customers
  • High familiarity with design-win driven sales processes
  • Desired- existing understanding of the Edge compute market, trends and applications of AI
  • technical seller, who can understand and articulate the value prop of a technical customer engagement
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
