Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop and execute a comprehensive memory solutions engagement strategy to foster strong partnership and drive revenue growth
  • Lead the memory business to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply allocations to secure customer business
  • Drive contract negotiations to optimize long-term partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Facilitate customer forecasting, PO placement, and backlog managements
  • Identify and pursue new design opportunities to expand market share
  • Ensure strategic alignment between customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer supply chains and end markets
  • Coordinate and lead customer meetings to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment
  • Analyze business performance, identify areas of improvements, and implement corrective actions
  • Adapt communication style to effectively engage with all levels of the organization
  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the team


Qualifications:
