Our Client: A global professional services firm that provides engineering, design, construction, and consulting solutions across infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, energy, water, and government sectors.

Overview / Summary:
We are seeking a Revit Designer / Architectural Designer to support the design and development of advanced semiconductor and electronics facilities. This role will work as part of a multidisciplinary A&E team to develop architectural models, drawings, details, and construction documentation using Revit. The ideal candidate will bring strong Revit expertise along with professional architectural design and documentation experience. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Portland, OR office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural models, drawings, and construction documentation using Revit and related design software.
  • Support the development of technical design solutions for semiconductor and advanced technology facilities.
  • Incorporate and manage redlines and design revisions from architects, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Develop architectural details in collaboration with architects and designers.
  • Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Perform thorough self-checks of drawings and models to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain architectural documentation in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.
  • Take ownership of assigned work while meeting project schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills while seeking guidance when needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams located throughout the U.S. and internationally.
  • Maintain strong organization, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced project environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Computer Drafting & Design, or 2+ years of related architectural design/drafting experience.
  • Strong professional experience with architectural Revit modeling and drafting.
  • Experience developing architectural drawings and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with architectural documentation and drawing standards.
  • Ability to coordinate designs across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to work in the Portland, OR office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as a Revit Technician, Revit Designer, or Architectural Designer within an architectural or A&E environment.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or other technically complex facilities.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary architectural and engineering project teams.
