Why We're Hiring This Role

As Vapi scales rapidly toward our next phase of growth, the Revenue Operations team is helping to build a world-class revenue engine. We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to bridge strategy and execution. The Revenue Operations Manager will collectively be responsible for a mix of Pricing Strategy, GTM Engineering, Process/Project Management, Enablement, and Analytics. This is a generalist role allowing for broad skill development with expertise needed in at least one function. You will empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers in a high-velocity, technical AI environment.

What You'll Do
  • Pricing Strategy: Drive operational improvements to pricing including discount thresholds, approvals, and order form generation helping Vapi maximize revenue, accelerate deal velocity, and remain competitive in a fast-moving market.
  • GTM Engineering: Build and maintain the systems and automations that power our revenue motion, spanning Salesforce architecture, workflow automation, data enrichment pipelines, and integrations.
  • Process/Project Management: Design and operationalize the end-to-end revenue process from lead routing and pipeline management to forecasting cadences and handoff protocols. Ensure every function in the GTM org runs with consistency and scale.
  • Enablement: Equip our AEs, SDRs, and broader GTM team with the frameworks, playbooks, and training they need to execute at a high level. This includes onboarding programs, sales coaching, competitive battlecards, and product launch material.
  • Analytics & Insights: Build the reporting infrastructure and dashboards that give GTM leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts. Translate data into decisions that improve win rates and deal velocity.

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.
