Your role

Are you passionate about providing a seamless client experience? Does documentation and reporting excite you? We are looking for someone like you to:
• provide administrative and operational support to Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) Branch Management and Retirement Plan Advisors, helping ensure a seamless client experience across onboarding, recordkeeper coordination, ongoing servicing, and reporting
• lead the new client onboarding process, including preparation and coordination of investment advisory agreements, account opening documentation, compensation split setup, and required compliance tasks
• manage recordkeeper onboarding and plan conversion activity, coordinating with internal partners, external providers, and advisors to ensure timely and accurate execution
• support non-investment related facets of client engagement, including participation on client calls, preparation of meeting materials, follow-up items, and ongoing service requests
• create, maintain, and distribute branch-level reports and business metrics, supporting visibility into pipeline activity, onboarding status, service delivery, and overall business performance
• serve as a central point of coordination between advisors, internal operational teams, compliance partners, and external providers to keep client activity moving efficiently
• maintain accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding, plan changes, and ongoing administrative activity
• identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to support a growing retirement plan business

Your team

You will work closely with Retirement Plan Advisors, Financial Advisors, internal operational, compliance and onboarding teams, and external recordkeepers and service providers. You will join the Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) Retirement Plan Services team in Weehawken, NJ, one of the key growth engines within Global Wealth Management. WWS is a leading provider of retirement, equity compensation, and financial wellness solutions for companies and their employees, offering education and guidance that help drive financial success.

Your expertise
• ideally 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or client support role within financial services, wealth management, or a related environment
• strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
• comfort working with documentation, forms, reporting, and process-driven workflows.
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• ability to collaborate effectively with client-facing professionals and internal partners
• proficiency with standard business tools (Excel, reporting dashboards, CRM systems, document management tools)

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 70000 - max USD 93000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
