Full Job Description
Position Purpose:

The Research Manager leads the development and delivery of evidence-based research products that inform executive decision-making, capital planning, and organizational strategy. The role manages a portfolio of research initiatives, applies quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and ensures quality and consistency of outputs delivered internally and through external partners. The position also supports development of the research agenda and facilitates knowledge sharing across business lines and stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead development of research products including trend analyses, jurisdictional scans, financial analyses, and evidence summaries.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods including statistical modelling and comparative analysis.
  • Translate complex data and findings into clear insights for executive audiences.
  • Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators.
  • Manage research portfolio including scoping, prioritization, and delivery against timelines and standards.
  • Support development and maintenance of a research agenda aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Monitor policy, sector, and market developments to identify emerging research needs.
  • Manage external research consultants and partners, ensuring quality of deliverables.
  • Support procurement and engagement processes in line with governance requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and integration of research insights into decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government, academic, and external stakeholders.


Who You Are:

We offer a competitive hiring range of $115,000 to $138,000 (P5 level), pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate.
