The Impact you will have in this role:

The Release Management Senior Associate is responsible for coordinating, controlling, and executing software deployments across Production and PSE environments while ensuring adherence to Change Management and Release Management policies, operational controls, and audit requirements. This role serves as a key member of the Release Management team, supporting both planned migrations and emergency implementation activities for critical business applications. The successful candidate will work closely with Application Development, Infrastructure, Change Management, Production Support, and Business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate code migrations while maintaining platform stability and minimizing operational risk.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute software deployments across multiple environments in accordance with Change Management and Release Management procedures.
  • Support Normal and Emergency implementations for Production and PSE distributed platforms.
  • Validate implementation readiness, deployment plans, rollback procedures, approvals, and testing evidence.
  • Monitor and document deployment activities to ensure successful execution and compliance with operational controls.
  • Perform deployment rollback and recovery activities when required.
  • Support incident response, Major Incident Management (MIM), and troubleshooting efforts during deployment-related issues.
  • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and audit evidence.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Kiro, and approved AI technologies to improve deployment planning, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with training and provide guidance to team members and new hires.
  • Support post-implementation reviews, root cause analysis activities, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and operational risk assessments.
  • Contribute to strategic Change & Release Management modernization initiatives.


Qualifications:

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
