Regulatory CounselIn this role you will advise the business on gaming and government affairs regulation, providing strategic guidance to ensure compliance and manage legal risks.
Key responsibilities will include:- Providing expert legal advice on US gaming laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advising on government affairs activities, ensuring full compliance with lobbying, ethics, and campaign finance laws.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing clear, practical guidance on complex regulatory and legal affairs matters.
- Drafting and maintaining internal legal guidelines related to regulatory compliance.
What you will bring to the role:- At least 8+ years post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house, within gaming or other highly regulated industry.
- An active bar membership.
- Significant experience advising government affairs teams and working with U.S. regulators on licensing and enforcement processes.
- Strong risk management skills and high commercial acumen to understand business drivers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex legal concepts.
- The ability to work independently across different jurisdictions and time zones while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
The salary range for this role is
USD $230,000 - $270,000 per year.#LI-JG1
