Regional Sales Manager - Material Handling Solutions

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of territory-based Material Handling Account Specialists. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for completing tactical sales plans, achieving regional sales targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric excellence.

This role is best suited for individuals residing in the Central United States, particularly near major hubs such as Indianapolis, Chicago, Milwaukee, Nashville, or Minneapolis. *50% Travel Required*

What You Will Do

Lead and Develop: Drive the professional growth and sales performance of a team of Account Specialists through coaching and mentoring grounded in the Michelin Leadership Model.

Implement Strategy: Deploy tactical plans for products and services within your region, aligning team objectives with broader business goals.

Set and Monitor Targets: Establish clear sales targets based on growth objectives; analyze meaningful metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Customer Engagement: Build and cultivate relationships with senior team members in key partner organizations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with commercial policies and legal regulations as defined by senior management.

Field Intelligence: Act as the central point for synthesizing field insights and presenting them to the central office.

Product Mastery: Ensure your team is fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell our solutions.

Champion Collaboration: Promote the exchange of standard processes within and beyond your team to drive collective success.
