Job Description

onsemi is hiring a motivated, professional Account Manager for the Southeast region. This role can be based in Atlanta or Florida.

Responsibilities

Regional Ownership & Strategy
  • Direct Sales/Account Management role focused on customer Demand Creation with assigned Accounts, ensuring clear account ownership, pipeline growth, and DWIN conversion
  • Define and execute regional strategies, aligned to corporate growth objectives
  • Lead development and presentation of account plans and opportunity pipelines to BU and executive leadership
  • Drive solution-based engagement models, shifting from transactional sales to multi-product, application-driven growth
  • Identify and capture emerging opportunities by analyzing customer roadmaps, technology inflections, and competitive dynamics

Business Growth & Market Expansion
  • Own regional revenue performance, including forecast accuracy, pipeline scale, and design-win conversion
  • Drive new business creation and share gain through promotion of the full product portfolio
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to Business Units, influencing product strategy, identifying portfolio gaps, and shaping roadmap priorities
  • Lead high-value deal negotiations, including pricing strategy, long-term agreements, and supply commitments
  • Monitor and interpret market trends, competitive positioning, and macro dynamics to inform regional strategy


Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
  • Serve as the primary interface between Sales Business Units, and Customers ensuring alignment on priorities, execution, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and optimize support from FAEs, BU teams (ISG, AMG, PSG), and marketing across critical opportunities
  • Influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies through structured customer and market insight
  • Drive alignment across global account teams, ensuring consistency and leverage of best practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor sales, account management, technical business development
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering regional revenue targets and managing complex, multi-account portfolios
  • Strong expertise in solution selling, design-win strategies, and long-cycle opportunity management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred
  • Deep exposure to Broad Market applications (Industrial Automation, Energy Infrastructure, Robotics & Drones)
  • Advanced strategic account planning and execution capabilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies
