As a Recruiter at Rad AI, you will be the key to building and maintaining a high-performing, mission-driven team. You'll join a small team of full-cycle recruiters who support hiring across all functions including implementations, support, customer success, product management and engineering roles. You will identify and engage the right people who will shape the future of healthcare AI. You will not only drive our recruitment efforts but also help cultivate an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative culture where talent thrives.

As we continue to grow, our recruiting team is critical in attracting and retaining the exceptional talent we need to achieve our ambitious goals. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Rad AI by recruiting across various functions- from engineering and product to operations and customer success.

What You'll Do
  • Source and recruit for a variety of roles across different functions leveraging strong sourcing skillset, which may include engineering, product, customer success, operations, and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of each department and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process.
  • Drive local recruiting presence, engaging with local market, events and networks to build pipeline across all roles
  • Promote Rad AI's employer brand to attract top-tier talent who align with our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and operations.
  • Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with People Team and company leadership to improve operational processes and ensure a seamless hiring process for new hires.
  • This is an onsite role in our growing San Francisco office and you'll have the opportunity to help build our office as an early hire in our new office.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions, with multiple runs at tech startups
  • Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles, from technical to non-technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Experience with the Ashby applicant tracking system and bring a strong commitment to data integrity and building scalable processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Ability to prioritize and move quickly, managing multiple openings and stakeholders at once without compromising quality.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process.
  • Ability to maintain strong data integrity and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.
