Full Job Description
  • Rad AI Impressions automatically drafts the impression section of reports in real time.
  • Rad AI Reporting is a full radiology reporting platform powered by GenAI.
  • Rad AI Continuity is our patient follow-up coordination platform, identifying actionable findings in radiology reports and closing the loop between radiology and downstream care.
  • Rad AI Orchestration is our emerging platform layer for workflow, interoperability, and intelligent routing across the imaging stack.

Rad AI Orchestration is our platform layer for how studies move through the imaging stack-how they're routed, prioritized, and matched to the right radiologist, and how AI findings are surfaced at the right moment in the workflow. It sits at the intersection of clinical workflow, AI-driven prioritization, load balancing across practices, and integration with PACS and reporting systems. Orchestration is how we make AI tangibly shape the radiologist's day-to-day work, and it's a foundational surface for the next generation of Rad AI products.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Own the roadmap and delivery for our orchestration platform and related workflow capabilities, end-to-end.
  • Turn high-level product direction into execution - clear requirements, milestones, and execution plans the team can build against.
  • Partner closely with engineering to ship on an accelerated timeline, including the implementation details and dependencies.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders to drive decisions on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs-and to keep them aligned as conditions change.
  • Work with product and technical teams to make sure orchestration components fit together cleanly with the rest of the Rad AI platform.
  • Keep teams focused on what is required to launch something meaningful to drive efficiency for radiologists.
  • Serve as the operational owner who keeps the trains running across product, engineering, and leadership.

You're the right person for this role if:
  • You are a product manager with experience shipping workflow-heavy enterprise software, and you can operate as a strong project and product owner-not just a strategist.
  • You have built or managed an imaging workflow product or similarly operational clinical software before (strongly preferred).
  • You are comfortable driving execution in ambiguous environments with senior stakeholders and tight deadlines, and you can earn trust quickly across engineering and leadership.
  • You have strong technical fluency and can work closely with engineers on implementation details, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
  • You have experience with healthcare imaging, radiology IT, PACS, routing, or adjacent workflows (strongly preferred).
  • You can ramp quickly and contribute immediately-you don't need a long onboarding curve before you start shipping.

You may be a fit if you:
  • Have built workflow or orchestration products before.
  • Know how to bring order to multi-team product efforts.
  • Can balance speed with pragmatism.
  • Are energized by high-ownership, high-ambiguity, high-urgency work.
  • Can earn trust quickly across engineering and leadership.

Join our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient care-making a meaningful impact on millions of lives. Driven by our mission, we prioritize transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, bringing together exceptional people to revolutionize healthcare. If you're passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful healthcare solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
