Description

As the REWS Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for day to day operations and management of the physical office and implementor of all REWS global programs. You will act in a customer service role, to support, collaborate, and coordinate with other Verily teams, leaders and staff in the operations of the office.  The REWS Facilities Coordinator will function as a business partner for the organization, being the point of contact for all REWS programs and customer support initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations across all REWS programs, including Facilities, Food Service, Reception, Janitorial, and Office Management.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, onsite performance, equipment maintenance, and timely payment processing.

  • Direct location budget tracking, cost control, expense monitoring, and financial forecasting in partnership with management.

  • Lead site safety, emergency preparedness, code compliance, and business continuity initiatives in collaboration with EHS.

  • Drive site experience through stakeholder communication, event execution, space planning, employee onboarding, and front-desk reception duties.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Office Management roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in facilities operations, preventative maintenance, building systems, and space/inventory management.

  • Comprehensive vendor management experience covering RFPs, contracting, performance evaluation, and spend management.

  • Exceptional customer service, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in site-level budget development and strategic calendar management.

  • Strong background in event planning, cross-functional collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

  • IFMA Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential.

  • OSHA 10/30 safety certification.

  • NFPA 70E electrical safety certification.

Physical Requirements / Essential Functions

  • Ability to regularly navigate the entire site, including stairs and facilities areas, to conduct inspections and address issues.

  • Capability to safely use step stools and ladders as required for routine maintenance or inspection tasks.

  • Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours or on-call duties to respond to facilities emergencies.

  • Physical mobility to support event setups, light space reorganizations, and ongoing site maintenance.

  • Capacity to maintain an active, on-site presence throughout the workday to support facility operations.

 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,500 - $135,500 + bonus  + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
