Full Job Description
Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Take ownership of an entire Quality function and lead the next phase of quality systems growth for an established, highly specialized manufacturer. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the U.S. Quality Department, oversee Quality Engineers and inspection teams, maintain AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance, and drive the implementation of ISO 13485. This highly visible leadership role will also oversee audits, customer and supplier quality, root cause corrective action, FAI/PPAP activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on quality leader who has successfully implemented a new ISO standard within a manufacturing environment and has the confidence, technical depth, and leadership presence to build stronger systems, influence change, and take full ownership of the Quality function.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities
  • Lead the U.S. Quality Department, including Quality Engineers and incoming/receiving inspection teams
  • Maintain AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance while leading ISO 13485 implementation
  • Prepare for and successfully manage internal, customer, and certification audits
  • Oversee customer quality issues, root cause corrective action (RCCA), and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead supplier quality efforts and FAI/PPAP activities

Benefits
