Position Title: HybridAssociate Attorney
The Hybrid Associate Attorney position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about litigation and eager to contribute to a collaborative legal environment. You will engage in tasks such as drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 / Year DOE
Associate Attorney Responsibilities - Collaborate with teams comprised of partners, senior associates, and support staff
- Manage cases related to contracts, construction defects, and real estate
- Represent clients in employment matters, including public entities and private clients
- Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and prepare motions and correspondence
- Conduct and defend depositions, argue motions in court, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop and implement effective legal strategies
Associate Attorney Requirements: - Must be barred in California and in good standing
- 1-2 years of civil litigation experience, open to seasoned or newly barred candidates
- Experience in employment, construction, real estate, or personal injury cases
- Ability to conduct mediations and depositions
- Defense experience is preferred
