JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly experienced QA/SDET Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Cypress, JavaScript, and automation testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, API testing, and supporting middleware validation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement in test coverage.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS- 8+ years of overall QA/SDET testing experience
- Strong automation testing background
- Hands-on expertise with **Cypress** (required)
- Proficiency in **JavaScript**
- QA testing experience using **Java**
- **Python** scripting experience
- API testing (REST/JSON)
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail)
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS- Lightning JS experience
- Familiarity with media planning/buying workflows
- Experience with additional scripting languages (JScript, VBScript, C#, Python)
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute automated test scripts with a focus on Cypress
- Write and maintain test cases and use cases
- Support Java middleware testing and REST/JSON validation
- Monitor, report, and track QA metrics (defects, test results, status)
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other SDETs
- Troubleshoot issues and enhance test coverage with a target of 80% automation
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
