Job Description:
• Lead the planning and execution of multiple related projects aligned with broader digital and business strategies.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, metrics, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain program charters, communication plans, stakeholder management plans, project roadmaps, and success indicators.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the delivery of cloud-based platforms, digital solutions, software applications, and AI programs.
• Support multiple development and Scrum teams by coordinating priorities, removing obstacles, and driving issues to resolution.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding program status.
• Review project plans and proposals to assess feasibility, requirements, resource needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize program requirements and define expected business outcomes.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on program requirements and organizational needs.
• Support modern software delivery practices, including DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Identify, document, and manage program risks and issues, partnering with stakeholders to establish mitigation plans.
• Create and manage dependencies across active projects to support coordinated program delivery.
• Develop preliminary program budgets, track actual expenses, and prepare quarterly spending forecasts.
• Provide regular program updates through reports, dashboards, metrics, and visual management tools.
• Maintain program documentation, project artifacts, decisions, and lessons learned in shared environments.
• Lead cross-organizational system testing efforts and coordinate manual and automated testing activities.
• Support data security, system controls, strategic computing, and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor project managers and provide leadership to less-experienced team members.
• Evaluate resource needs and identify opportunities to add, develop, or train team members.
• Promote program adoption by clearly communicating its value, benefits, and expected business impact.
