Foster strong working partnerships with suppliers, engineering consultants, general contractors, and end-user representatives. Oversee financial documentation to guarantee accurate progress billings, reporting, and prompt account reconciliation. Analyze operational project reports and present actionable metrics to senior leadership and project teams. Direct the completion and delivery of operational manuals and accurate as-built engineering drawings upon project closeout. Collaborate continuously with field crews, designers, and project support teams to ensure performance metrics stay aligned with timeline and budget expectations. Qualifications 3+ years of combined project management and estimating experience specific to the electronic security technology sector. Strong technical expertise in integrated security platforms, including access control, IP CCTV/video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. Proficiency with standard office productivity suites (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with construction management and estimating software (e.g., Procore, Accubid) is considered a strong asset.
