We are currently seeking a dedicated Customs Compliance & Consulting Manager for a permanent, full-time position located in Windsor, ON. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Compliance Consulting division within the Customs Processing Centre, ensuring that all cross-border shipping and business activities adhere strictly to federal and international regulatory laws. Your expertise in business administration will be essential as you guide your team, optimize daily workflows, and provide unparalleled support to customers on all import and export regulations. This role demands an individual who can balance high-level strategic planning with the meticulous attention to detail required in customs and trade operations. Working closely with the Director of Customs Brokerage, you will manage a team of compliance professionals, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also act as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries regarding customs rules, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) requirements, and various trade agreements.
